FAQ

01.

CAN WE BRING A FEW CLOSE FRIENDS/FAMILY?

02.

You are more than welcome to bring them! Just let us know and we can quote you accordingly. Depending on how many people you’d like to bring, we might need to charter a second helicopter.

CAN WE BRING A DOG?

03.

No, unfortunately no dogs allowed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

04.

For safety reasons, helicopters can't fly if it’s raining or is too windy. We offer two options: rescheduling the Wedding/Photoshoot or cancelling just the Helicopter Portion for a refund. In this case we’ll continue with the Wedding/Photoshoot at driveable locations in Vancouver, Whistler or Pemberton.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME FOR A HELI-ADVENTURE?

05.

Our answer is that it really depends on the scenery you’d like to have. If you’re set on a snowy mountains background and winter vibes, then we definitely recommend winter time or early spring. If you’d like more greenery and wildflowers, along with a mountain-top that’s clear of snow, we recommend considering later summer or early fall.

IS IT COLD UP THERE?

06.

In the summer it’s usually a decent temperature, but we always recommend having an extra layer of clothing with you. In the winter, it’ll most likely be freezing – so make sure you have a good warm jacket on – you don’t have to keep it on the whole time of course! For a mountain top wedding, it’s extremely important to have footwear that you can easily and safely walk in.
